Reporting a bug
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened. A screenshot helps enormously.
Common topics

Response times
Support requests are usually answered within one to two working days. Since Pinned Memories stores nothing about you, please describe your issue — we can't look anything up on a server, because there isn't one.
